Privacy Policy

WaySeakers.TV is run by Christopher Reed. Questions about anything below: chris@wayseakerstv.com.

What is collected, and why

Email list. If you join the email list, your name and email address are collected by Kit, the email service this site uses. They are used to send you new videos and first word when new work opens, including REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE: THE RETURN. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email, and unsubscribing removes you from future mailings.

The Snapshot. If you take the Who Takes Over? Survival Role Snapshot, your answers, your result, and anything you type into it are saved to a private record that only Christopher Reed can open. It is used to understand how the Snapshot is landing and to make it better. If you choose to give your email at the end to receive the fuller snapshot, that email is used to send it to you. The Snapshot is a reflective tool, not a medical or mental-health service, and nothing you enter is treated as clinical information.

Hosting. This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and browser information) to run and protect the site.

What is never done with your information

Your information is not sold. It is not shared with advertisers. There are no ad trackers on this site.

How long it is kept, and deletion

Email list information is kept while you are subscribed. Snapshot records are kept while the tool is being tested and improved. At any time, you can ask for your information to be deleted — email chris@wayseakerstv.com and it will be removed.

Children

This site and the Snapshot are made for adults. They are not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the updated version will be posted on this page.
